British High Commission team visits Adiala jail
Delegation arrived at Central Jail Rawalpindi at 11:30 am

RAWALPINDI: A three-member delegation from the British High Commission visited Adiala Jail on Thursday.
According to jail sources, the delegation arrived at Central Jail Rawalpindi at 11:30 am.
The British delegation met with two Pakistani-origin British citizens, Khalid Mahmood and Naeem Sharif, who are currently incarcerated at Adiala Jail.
Sources indicate that Khalid Mahmood, son of Lal Khan, is imprisoned in connection with a murder case at Dohman Police Station, Chakwal, while Naeem Sharif is serving a life sentence related to a case at Kallar Syedan Police Station.
Following their meetings with the prisoners, the British High Commission delegation departed from Adiala Jail at 2: pm.
