Suspect in murder case killed on court premises

DAGGAR: A suspect in a murder case was shot dead on the court premises in Buner district on Monday, police said.Abdul Rehman, who had been arrested in the murder case of Rahat Ali, was brought to the court for a hearing. However, he was attacked by a gunman in the court premises who opened fire on him.

Akhtar Ali, a brother of the late Rahat Ali, and another suspect Fazal Rahman, were arrested for the shooting.It may be mentioned here that Rahat Ali was shot dead a few months ago.The police said that a team, constituted under the supervision of SP Investigation was probing the case.
