LAHORE: The government has managed the energy crises and assured the industrialists of regular supply of gas as the country could not afford massive joblessness, said SM Muneer, Chief Executive Officer Trade Development Authority of Pakistan.

Muneer, during his visit to the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry regional office Lahore on Thursday, said the government started power projects to overcome energy crisis, but it would have to take steps for early completion of these projects.

“Pakistan would have to extend its trade cooperation with friendly-states to enhance the country’s export,” he said.
