Islamabad: Senator Rubina Khalid, Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), held a live e- kutcherry session at BISP Headquarters. Interacting directly with beneficiaries via Facebook, she addressed complaints and queries related to enrolment, eligibility, and stipends for various BISP initiatives.
She emphasised the importance of having identity cards and mobile numbers ready, clarified that the 8171 SMS number is the sole official contact for payment messages, and cautioned against visiting payment campsites without receiving these messages to prevent overcrowding and inconvenience. Senator Khalid reiterated BISP’s commitment to fair and transparent payments.
