LAHORE The Young Nurses Association (YNA) has protested and staged a sit-in outside Chief Minister's House at Club Chowk on Thursday against the arrest of a nurse in Khanewal. A staff nurse Aqsa was arrested for allegedly committing negligence, resulting in the death of children in Khanewal hospital.
The nurses stopped working in outdoor and indoor wards of hospitals all over Punjab, and also gathered at Club Chowk to stage a sit-in for the release of staff nurse and apprehending the real culprits involved in procuring substandard medicines in hospitals.
