PHC grants bail to PTI MNA Shandana Gulzar

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday granted a transitory bail to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf/ Sunni Ittehad Council (PTI/SIC) Member National Assembly Shandana Gulzar.
Justice Shakil Ahmed allowed the bail to the legislator till July 8 and asked her to appear in the relevant court by that date. The counsel for Shandana Gulzar submitted to the court that a case had been registered against his client in Balochistan.
It is worth mentioning that a case was lodged against MNAs Shandana Gulzar, Sheharyar Afridi and other PTI leaders at the police station concerned after they made speeches at the “The rule of law conference” in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
