Our universities seemingly produce graduates without taking good care of their skill-set and knowledge. To stem this rot and save our graduates from the impending trouble that lies ahead of them, teachers in the higher seats of learning have to play their due role in moulding their students as per the needs and requirements of the job market.
They have to ensure that classroom teaching is not only about transferring subject knowledge but also about developing their skill-set before they are shipped out to the job market.
