UHS revises criteria for MPhil, master degree admissions
LAHORE:The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB) held its 202nd meeting on Thursday, chaired by UHS Vice Chancellor Prof Ahsan Waheed Rathore.
The ASRB approved the MPhil/PhD Committee's recommendation to revise the eligibility criteria for admission to MPhil and Master degree programmes.
Under the new criteria, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 75 percent in the University's Postgraduate Entrance Test to be eligible for admission. Previously, the requirement was 50 percent. Additionally, the board waived the requirement of a minimum of two years of relevant experience for admission.
Now, fresh graduates are eligible to apply for MPhil and Master's degree programmes at UHS.
