Four Public Health officials suspended
MARDAN: Provincial Minister for Public Health Malik Pakhtun Yar Khan on Monday suspended four officials of the Public Health Office for being absent from duty.
The minister was paying a visit to the Public Health Office. He was angry at the absence of the superintendent of engineering Public Health of the Mardan Division and the superintendent of the office and placed them under suspension.
He also ordered an investigation against them.Talking to the employees, the minister said the people had given mandate to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to serve them. He said negligence in responsibilities would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Later, the minister visited the Mardan Press Club.Speaking at the Meet-the-Press programme, he said the PTI was not ready to accept the Form-47 government. However, he said they were ready to negotiate with everyone to get the rights of the province.
