PML-N adopts aggressive policy on opposition questions
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to adopt aggressive policy to deal with opposition's seven questions.
The party has also thrashed out the strategy during Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's address in National Assembly scheduled on Friday. PML-N leaders like Danyal Aziz, Talal Ch, Abid Sher Ali and Muhammad Zubair rejected opposition's questionnaire in their joint presser on Wednesday.
The party decided that PM should not reply opposition’s questionnaire as it would be taken as dictation to the leader of the house. The PM will take into confidence the House on PanamaLeaks.
All the PML-N and allied MNAs have been directed to make sure their presence in the House. If opposition tries to disrupt the House proceedings or to approach the PM, they should give the opposition a befitting reply.
The government is also in contact with the opposition through back door channels to make sure smooth proceeding of the House. The government conveyed the opposition that it was not appropriate to dictate PM what should he say and what should not.
