Aisam, Nicholas reach Bordeaux Open semis

KARACHI: Pakistan’s Aisam-ul-Haq and his American partner Nicholas Monroe reached the semi-finals of Bordeaux Open in France on Wednesday.
The second seeded pair of Aisam-Nicholas defeated the duo of Philipp Oswald of Austria and Lukas Rosol of Czechoslovakia 6-3, 5-7, 10-8 in the quarter-finals of this ATP Challenger.
Earlier, Aisam and Nicholas beat the wildcard French pair of Gregoire Barrere and Quentin Fra Halys 6-4, 4-6, 10-8 in the first round.
