Minister greets nation over successful open heart surgery

LAHORE: Health Minister Khawaja Salman Rafique has congratulated the nation on successful open heart surgery of two patients at New Cardiac Centre Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan.

“I appreciate Prof Ahmed Chaudhry and his team,” the minister said. He congratulated Principal Prof Muhammad Saleem Laghari and MS Dr Rao Amjad Ali Khan for successful surgery.

Khawaja Salman Rafique said that the New Cardiac Centre at Sheikh Zayed Hospital Rahim Yar Khan is a great blessing for the patients of Rahim Yar Khan, Sindh and Balochistan. I recently visited the centre on the instructions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. We are trying to provide better health facilities to the people as per the vision of the Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the minister added.
