Gulfam, Ghulam to play ISSF World Cup in Germany

KARACHI: Pakistan’s top pistol shooters are participating in ISSF World Cup that is to be held in Munich, Germany, from May 31 to June 8.

According to the entry list, Ghulam Mustafa Bashir will feature in the individual category of 25m Rapid Fire Pistol event. Gulfam Joseph is to take part in the individual category of 10m Air Pistol event.

This is possibly the last participation of Pakistani shooters in any international event before Olympics. It is pertinent to mention here that both G M Bashir and Gulfam have already won quota places for Paris 2024. As many as 612 athletes from of 88 countries are participating in this world cup.
