Youth shot dead over litigation
LAHORE:A youth was shot dead by unidentified suspects in the Mozang area. The victim was nominated in a murder case registered in Raja Jang police station Kasur. He was returning after attending a court proceeding. As he reached Saadi Park in Mozang Chungi, unidentified suspects riding a vehicle shot him dead. The victim was identified as Nishan Ali.
Man arrested for harassing woman
A woman was harassed in a van at Lorry Adda. The victim was travelling to Hafizabad from Lahore with her husband. The suspect identified as Azmat Maseeh sitting behind the seat harassed her. The victim made a call at 15. A police team responded to the spot and arrested the suspect and registered a case against him.
Two bike thieves held
Mustafabad police arrested two members of Dani Bike Lifting gang. The suspects were identified as Adnan alias Dani and Haider. Police recovered six motorbikes, cutter and other valuables from them. The suspects would lift vehicles parked in illegal parking, and parked without locks.
Women thrash Imam
An Imam was tortured by a few women in the Sanda area. The victim identified as Qari Furqan Rizvi was beaten up by the women in the mosque. The incident resulted due to possession of shops.
