Shamoon, Khizar, Escheele win Gatorade Trophy titles

KARACHI: Shamoon Hidayat, Khizar Ayaz Thebo, and Escheele Asif won titles at the 4th Gatorade Trophy Ranking Tennis Championship at Union Club here on Thursday.

In the final of men’s singles, Shamoon defeated Saqib Zia 2-6, 7-6, 10-7.

In the final of under-15 singles, Escheele overpowered Nibras Malik 4-2, 2-4, 5-3.

In the final of under-13 singles, Khizar beat Aman Shaikh 5-3, 4,1.
