MANSEHRA: The police in Oghi have arrested two narcotics peddlers and seized contraband from their passion.Ashraf Khan, additional SHO of Oghi Police Station, told reporters on Tuesday that the police have launched a crackdown against narcotics peddlers and arrested Tahir Hussain Shah and Abdul Wakeel during raids and seized contraband from their possessions.
He said over 3kgs of chars, 300 grams of Ice and 130 grams of heroin were recovered from their possessions.He said that the crackdown against drug dealers would continue in Oghi and its suburbs under the District Police Officer Shafeeullah’s order.
Khan said that people should extend support to police in eradicating the menace of narcotics peddling.“The narcotics peddlers have been targeting youngsters and we cannot allow them to do this and it is why we launched this crackdown against them,” he added.
