LDA seals 10 properties for non-payment of commercial fee

LAHORE:LDA teams, under the directions of DG Tahir Farooq, conducted an indiscriminate operation against commercialisation fee defaulters here on Tuesday. The operation was conducted in the vicinity of Gulshan Ravi under the supervision of Director Town Planning One Ayesha Mutahir in which more than 10 properties including private schools, stores and other shops were sealed for non-payment of commercial fee.

LDA teams demolished the illegal commercial construction on Plot No. 423 Main Samanabad and ongoing illegal construction on Plot No. 492-B Gulshan Ravi. The properties sealed owed lakhs of rupees towards commercialisation fees and several notices were given to these properties before the operation.
