Blind murder’s mystery resolved after six months

MULTAN: Police resolved the mystery of a blind murder after six months.The police had recovered a mutilated body from the Naubahar canal near head Domri of Muzaffarabad police station area six months back.

According to police, several arrests were made to probe the murder and with the help of modern technology the police identified the body as Muhammad Naveed of Vehari. Wazir Ahmed, father of the deceased, told police that his son was a tailor at a textile factory near Vehari Chowk and he went missing.

Earlier, CPO Multan Sadiq Ali constituted special police teams to trace and arrest the accused. The victim’s father told police his son wanted to marry Muhammad Rafi’s sister, but Rafi allegedly was against this development.
