KARACHI: Pakistan’s Asim Khan and Noor Zaman moved into the quarterfinals of the $12000 West of Ireland Open in Ireland on Thursday.
After getting bye in the first round, top seed Asim defeated Laouenan Loaëc from France 11-7, 13-11, 11-7 in 43 minutes in the second round. Similarly, sixth seed Noor beat Brice Nicolas from France 11-9, 11-7, 11-5 in 32 minutes in the second round.
