Stolen, smuggled medicines recovered

GUJRANWALA: The FIA and the Health Department teams in a joint raid recovered a huge quantity of stolen and smuggled medicines on Thursday.
The teams in a joint operation raided near Kamoke Grain Market and recovered stolen drugs related to Population Welfare Department, including smuggled antibiotics and syringes, from a house which was later sealed.
According to Health CO Dr Moeez, accused Ghulam Shah had built a big warehouse inside his house near the Grain Market from where he used to supply medicines. All the medicines had been seized and the warehouse had been sealed, he added.
