Aseefa’s papers approved for NA-207 Nawabshah by-poll

hyderabad: The nomination papers of Aseefa Bhutto Zardari, daughter of President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and sister of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, have been approved for the by-election in National Assembly constituency NA-207 Nawabshah that was vacated by her father after his election to the post of president.

Aseefa’s lawyer Farooq H Naik visited the returning officer, Sher Ali Jamali, in Nawabshah and submitted the party’s ticket for Aseefa. The returning officer scrutinised the nomination papers of Aseefa for the NA-207 by-election and approved her as the Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate.

Talking to journalists, Naik said Aseefa would be successful in the by-election and become a member of the National Assembly. He added that Zardari loved the country and he would settle its economy and political culture. The lawyer said Zardari would lead the country to a prosperous path. He added that democracy would be strengthened and the government would complete its five-year term.
