Teachers, students visit PSCA

LAHORE : Teachers and students of LUMS University and KPS Cadet School & College Saturday visited the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA).

The shift commander showed the students round various departments of the PSCA. The students were briefed on the PSCA work such as Operations and Monitoring Centre, 15 Emergency Call Centres, Electronic Data Analysis Centre and modern policing with the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The PSCA has developed AI-based software for automatic helmets and seat belts detection and gun detection. The students were informed that facilities like live location of callers and conference calls with first responders have been introduced for those who call on 15.
