PM approves new guiding principles for Pakistan civil awards 2024
The Pakistan awards will be given 10 departments
ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar has approved new guiding principles to finalize nominations for the Pakistan Awards 2024.
In the light of new principles, the Cabinet Division has sought nominations from ministries and divisions for awards till April 30. As per revised policy, there will be two separate scrutiny and recommendation committees.
The scrutiny committee after scrutinizing nominations will send the name to the committee which would further recommend names to the Cabinet Division for the Prime Minister’s final approval.
The Pakistan awards will be given 10 departments including science, engineering, agriculture, information technology, education, medicines, nursing, religious scholars, sports, philanthropists, public service, etc.
