Bloody business

War is considered as conflict between two or more nations, but there are often other actors who benefit from war. These real winners of war make money when humanity bleeds. Since war feeds demand for weapons, arms manufacturers’ revenues rise.
Wars anywhere in the world are no less than a lifeline for them. The latest data on global military spending, published by Stockholm International Peace Research Institute(SIPRI), reveals that global military expenditure has reached a staggering $2240 billion. While most would be alarmed by this figure, for the weapons makers and other war profiteers it means that business is booming.
