May 9 riots: Case against Imran, 366 others to be heard in Adiala jail
Copies of challan would be handed over to the accused on February 6 for indictment process

RAWALPINDI: It has been decided that 12 cases against 367 accused, including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan and his deputy Shah Mahmood Qureshi, in relation to the May 9 violence would be heard in the Adiala Jail.
Copies of challan would be handed over to the accused on February 6 for indictment process. An order has been issued to all the accused of May 9 violence to come to the Adiala Jail from February 6.
Special Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Malik Ijaz Asif would hold the hearing in Adiala Jail on February 6. Jail trial notices have also been issued to SHOs and investigation officers of all police stations.
