Zulfikar Mirza welcomes General Sharif’s statement

SUKKUR: Former Sindh home minister Dr Zulfikar Ali Mirza in a statement welcomed the statement of the Army Chief General Raheel Sharif, on corruption.
He observed that it was the need of the hour to fight against the menace, and General Raheel Sharif’s pledge to fight against rampant corruption was very encouraging. He said that all those involved in massive corruption and scams be brought to book.
Dr Mirza said that he had parted ways with Asif Zardari “because of his unending greed for wealth”. He claimed that what he had said in the past about Asif Ali Zardari, Altaf Hussain and others was now being endorsed by everyone. He said that as long as General Raheel Sharif was in office, Zardari would never dare to return to the country.
