Despite Pakistan's strides in providing free and compulsory education, challenges persist in enhancing educational quality, particularly for marginalised groups like children with disabilities. The recently approved ICT Rights of Persons with Disability Act (2020) marks a historic step, emphasizing the importance of inclusive education in general settings.

MPCL's Noor-e-Sehar Special Education School (NSSES), established in 2018, stands as a flagship CSR initiative, exemplifying the company's dedication to the "Leave no one behind" framework. This state-of-the-art facility in Daharki, equipped with modern rehabilitation facilities and Wonder Tree technology, educates 200 children with diverse disabilities, offering free, inclusive, and high-quality education.

Ms. Huma Zafar, CSR Lead of MPCL, envisions NSSES as a replicable model across the country, emphasizing the transformative impact on the lives of children with disabilities. Regional Manager Sindh MPCL, Mr. Naveed Aslam, urged parents to seize the opportunity for their children's education, emphasizing the consistency needed for their growth.
