Election activities in NA-119, PP-149 gain momentum

LAHORE:In view of the forthcoming elections in the country, political and social activities in Awami Secretariat Lahore started with full swing and flow especially with regard to NA-119, PP-149 and other associated provincial constituencies.

According to a press release issued on Thursday, IPP President Lahore Division Dr Murad Ras and General Secretary Mian Khalid Mahmood were busy in the party secretariat due the election work load while former MPA and member CEC Shoaib Siddiqui was also busy in the party office in the same context. Series of meetings of the party leaders with the representatives of the constituency and the voters is going on vigorously.

Yesterday, M/s Parvez Randhawa, Wahab Khan, Muhammad Rashid, Muhammad Tahir Hafeez Butt and Rana Kashif, Rana Naqash Rana Pervez and other public representatives from relevant constituencies visited IPP Lahore secretariat and met senior leadership of IPP Shoaib Siddiqui and Mian Khalid Mehmood where they announced their unconditional support to Abdul Aleem Khan throughout the election.

They reposed trust in him as the real leader and formally announced his joining the party. The senior leadership welcomed these public representatives wearing party mufflers.
