Man shot dead in Nowshera

NOWSHERA: An elderly man was murdered in the Ziarat Kaka Sahib area of the district on Saturday.

Personnel of Badrashi Police Station registered the case against unidentified killer(s).

Faisal Nawaz reported to the police about the murder of his brother Shah Nawaz, but did not anyone in the case initially as he said his family had no enmity with anyone. The police said they were probing the case.

Theft from mosque: Meanwhile, thieves stole power units and electric batteries worth tens of thousands of rupees from Maki Masjid in Camp Koroona area in Nowshera district.
