Renovation of shrines, mosques reviewed
LAHORE:A special meeting was held at the Board of Revenue (BoR) head office regarding the renovation of shrines.
On the directives of Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Senior Member Board of Revenue Nabil Javed presided over the meeting. The meeting reviewed the progress in the renovation of shrines and mosques across the province.
The secretary Auqaf and officers of other departments also attended the meeting. The officers briefed Nabil on various projects. The SMBR directed the officers to complete all renovation projects without any delay.
He assigned the task of completing the projects on time to Nespak, IDAP, Auqaf and Walled City of Lahore Authority. The SMBR said the Finance Department has been asked to ensure the provision of funds without any delay.
