LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) fixed for hearing the PTI’s Imran Khan’s petitions against cancellation of bails in cases including Jinnah House attack on May 9.
According to the details, a two-member bench headed by Justice Alia Neelam will hear the case on December 4. Registrar’s Office released the cause list.
It should be remembered that Imran Khan had challenged the ATC’s move to cancel the bails while the former prime minister has requested the LHC to restore the bails.
