50 men, women held from brothel

LAHORE: Civil Line police on Friday arrested 50 men and women from a brothel on charges of merrymaking. The police received an information that a person named Abdul Jabbar was secretly running a brothel in a hotel. On receiving information, the police raided and arrested 50 men and women from the hotel.
Man arrested: Shadman police arrested a man on charges of raping a woman. The accused, Shahroz, contacted the victim a few days ago on social media and lured her into the job. The accused took her to a room in Tollinton Market and raped her.—Correspondent
