SUKKUR: The Sukkur police shifted an injured man, suspected for being involved in the Imambargah bombing case, from a hospital to an unknown location on Thursday.
The News learnt from reliable sources that seven days after the Shikarpur Imambargah incident, the Sukkur police have taken into custody an injured victim, Ghulam Abbas, from a private hospital in the city and shifted him to an unknown place.
Sources in the police said Ghulam Abbas belonged to Kasur district of Punjab and the investigating team were probing his presence and his injuries in the Imambargah blast.
They were investigating how and why he had come to the Imambargah. The team was also investigating from local people whether he was a guest of any local resident or had come only to offer his prayers.
