Prince Andrew's resistance to evict Royal Lodge becomes troublesome
Prince Andrew is digging into his comfort food without any sort of self-control as the row with his brother King Charles over his Royal Lodge.
The disgraced Duke of York, who was granted 'a stay of execution' to carry out necessary repairs, is only resorting to childish antics rather than doing the work needed to keep the 30-room mansion, per royal biographer and historian Andrew Lownie.
The author, who is currently writing a book on Andrew, revealed to The Sun that his favourite food is ‘steamed syrup pudding’ and he has been have fluctuating weight issues for a while.
"He often diets, a bit like Fergie, who has been a regular dieter. He can go up and down between 13 and 15 stone."
The update comes after an insider revealed to The Times that Andrew is persistently defying the monarch’s orders to evict the Royal Lodge and hiding away in a darkened room to make a point.
Moreover, The Daily Beast also reported that the disgraced royal is adamant on staying in the expansive property and wants to leave it behind for his two daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie.
Meanwhile, The Times also detailed that Charles is renewing his efforts to kick Andrew out, threatening him with being cut off financially if he did not comply.
