‘Defiant’ Prince Harry unfazed by King Charles ‘furious’ warnings
Prince Harry ‘not fooled’ by King Charles ‘flimsy excuses’ to not see him
King Charles, who is currently battling cancer and managing his royal duties, is seemingly done by Prince Harry’s relentless attitude.
The monarch is “absolutely furious” at the Duke of Sussex and his constant state of denial of the damage that he has caused to their family, according to royal author Tom Quinn.
Prince Harry’s relationship with his father became strained after he stepped down from his royal position with wife Meghan Markle. However, the rift deepened once Harry dropped bombshell revelations in his Netflix doc and explosive memoir, Spare.
“King Charles is still absolutely furious at his younger son’s refusal to see how much damage he has done to the family,” he told The Mirror. “Harry knows that no one is fooled by his father’s flimsy excuses for not seeing him.”
The monarch refused to see his youngest son during his London visit earlier this month due to his full diary of programmes, Harry’s rep told the British Press
“Harry’s stinging criticisms of his father the King and his brother the Prince of Wales meant it was only a matter of time before Harry was slapped down and now it has happened.”
