Drake is giving back to his fans.
The 37-year-old musician was performing at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Missouri, on Saturday, when he paused the show to take in a fan’s special request.
In videos circulating online, the Grammy winner could be seen reading a poster by the unidentified fan who was seated in the front row.
“You said, ‘[Pay] off my mom’s house, rest in peace,” read the note as Drake confirmed, “Your mom passed away? Alright…”
He continued, “And you owe… Oh, this is the outstanding balance right here. This is a lot of money right here.”
He later revealed that the amount was $160,000.
Regardless, the Passionfruit hitmaker told the fan that he’s got them covered.
“You know what, Imma pay off your momma’s house for you,” he said, clarifying, “Imma pay out of my pocket. That’s gonna come from me.”
“Rest in peace to Jennifer Schumer. Rest in peace. I love you,” he concluded, referring to the fan’s late mother.
The gesture comes just days after Drake made a similar pledge of $25,000 to another fan fighting cancer, and another $100,000 to another cancer-stricken fan earlier this month as well.
