Jamie Foxx has come back in the game with a new achievement after the health scare last year.
The Django Unchained star was honoured by the African American Film Critics Association with the Producers Award Sunday in Los Angeles at a ceremony at the Los Angeles Athletic Club.
Foxx, 56, got the honour for his company Foxxhole Productions.
The entertainer looked dapper in an all-black look, donning a Dolce & Gabbana blazer with a T-shirt underneath, with slacks and black shoes at the event in Southern California.
The Oscar-winner completed his look with eyeglasses and a goatee.
The actor, who has daughters Corinne Foxx, 30, and Annalise Bishop, 15, got the achievement almost a year after being hospitalised months back, which led to a long journey back to health.
Foxx also delivered a speech at the event while receiving the award, garnering attention, and was seen posing beside actress Jurnee Smollett, 37, actor Courtney B. Vance, 63, and actress Nia Long, 53, among others.
