ISLAMABAD: The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) Sunday foiled a terror bid in the capital by defusing a suicide jacket.A citizen informed Tarnol police about a suicide jacket placed in a nullah near Sarai Kharbooza. Police and BDS officials immediately reached the scene and chopped off its wires.
