PTI against corruption, not democracy, says Sarwar
LAHORE
Punjab PTI leader and former governor Ch Muhammad Sarwar has said the PTI wants to end corruption not democracy or the parliament.
He said a protest against corruption is not a crime but it is the right of people. In a statement issued on Sunday, Sarwar said people are looking up to the parliamentary committee for ToRs. It would be better for the government to finalise the ToRs as soon as possible. PTI will protest at every forum including the parliament. The government is provoking politics of violence which will harm the country and democracy. Imran Khan always speaks the truth before the nation unlike the rulers. PTI always talks about democracy and corruption of rulers, he said. The real target of the PTI campaign is corruption, loadshedding, and unemployment, he said.
