PESHAWAR: Inspector General of Police Nasir Khan Durrani has suspended a sub-divisional police officer in Nowshera for misuse of powers.The Inspector General of Police Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to a handout, has been receiving public complaintsofbad reputation, links with anti-social elements and misuse of powers against the SDPO of Nowshera Cantt. The IGP in light of the inquiry report of the relevant police officers placed SDPO Nowshera Cantt under suspension with immediate effect and ordered departmental action against him.
