People urged to help NAB eradicate corruption
PESHAWAR: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Director General Shehzad Saleem has said that all available resources will be utilised for elimination of the menace of corruption from the country.
“Corruption weakens the foundation of a society and hampers human happiness. Corruption deprives the people of their due rights and creates a socio-economic imbalance in society,” he said while distributing cheques recovered from the corrupt elements.
He added that NAB is working under a very strict system of accountability governed by the UN Charter in the member countries. The official urged the people to help NAB eradicate corruption from the society. He said that the drive against corruption is for the brighter and happier future of the nation which will be brought to its logical conclusion at any cost.
