Inov8 achieves certification
LAHORE: Inov8 Limited, digital payments company has achieved the PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) v3.1 certification, a statement said on Wednesday.
The PCI-DSS certification shows that Inov8 adheres to the highest data security standards in the payment card industry, can become a card data holder, and is capable to provide security against breaches and theft of cardholder data, it said.
On achieving this compliance, Inov8 Limited’s Co-Founder and Co-CEO Bashir Sheikh sated that the company has acknowledged as one of the fastest growing regional FinTech companies.
He said that customers’ trust in is the most valuable asset of the company while the PCI-DSS compliance certification is one of the key milestones in success as a payments company in Pakistan, especially as company positioned itself to launch consumer facing services.
Lead Auditor and Member of the Joint Committee of ANZ Standards, Dr Rizwan Ahmad said that theInov8 is a growing company with dedicated IT infrastructure and security personnel.
