Hussain Dawood honoured

KARACHI: Industrialist and ardent philanthropist Hussain Dawood has been conferred the Lifetime Achievement Award 2016 by the Marketing Association of Pakistan (MAP) for his remarkable contributions in a broad range of sectors. The award was presented by MAP President Talib S Karim and Orient McCann Erickson Managing Director Masood Hashmi at their flagship event MARCON. Hussain Dawood, Group Chairman of the Dawood Hercules Corporation and Chairman of The Dawood Foundation, Engro Corporation and Hub Power Company, while accepting the award said, “It is a distinct honour to receive the MAP Life Time Achievement Award, and this year I am grateful to be its recipient.”

MAP President Talib S Karim said, “Marketing Association of Pakistan is one of the oldest and one of the most prominent associations of Pakistan. It has been honouring individuals who have excelled in the field of marketing and management every year since 1987.
