Man wants FIR registered against cops
CHARSADDA: A man on Monday filed a petition at the district court for registration of first information report (FIR) against the cops for allegedly killing his father.
One Maazullah submitted an application in the court of District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Jamal Khan. He sought registration of the FIR against senior police officers for allegedly murdering his father, Farmanullah.
He stated in the application that Deputy Superintendent of Police Nazir Khan, Station House Officer, Parang, Gul Malik Khan and Station House Officer, City Police Station, Imran Khan visited their under-construction house on April 16 at 2pm.
The man alleged that the cops took his father to the roof and shot him dead after torturing him. He added that the cops stuffed the body into a sack and took it away.He said his father was murdered in the presence of the laborers. He said he was also witness to the crime. He prayed the court to order the registration of FIR.
