Rocket attack on Jaffar Express claims one life

QUETTA: A passenger was killed and two others injured when unidentified terrorists attacked the Quetta-bound train Jaffar Express with a rocket in the Mithri area, some 30 kms from Sibi town on Tuesday.
According to police sources, the Jaffar Express coming from Rawalpindi was on its way to Quetta when it was attacked with a rocket which hit the bogie no 3 of the train leaving one dead and injuring two others.
The train was brought to Sibi Railway Station, where it was stopped. The dead and injured were taken to a hospital. The law-enforcement agencies have cordoned off the entire area to trace the assailants.
