Anyone interested in buying the property, invest or work on home-improvement project can get advice and buy from the real estate experts this weekend at the Dream Home Expo Home Expo 2016 that commenced here at Pak-China Friendship Centre sponsored by Jang Media Group.

There are more than 50 investors and real property estate present at the Expo to guide public about their various projects and provide information about their payment schedule for their projects. Buying a property is the most heavy investment one makes during his lifetime for his better future and coming generation. In Pakistan one must exercise caution to invest in an authentic project residential/commercial that would appreciate in due course of time, ensuring favourable monetary benefits otherwise their hard earned money goes down the drain.

One always dreams to have a house or property in a place where there is security along with all the basic amenities to live a better life with their family.

The event, which runs from Saturday through Monday, is providing information more than 50 companies will be on hand to answer questions and show attendees the different products available, “We are the biggest sponsor at the Expo having the biggest stall here,” Moeez Shah, Assistant Manager Marketing of Star Marketing, said. “All the brands and big names are here under one roof. Last year nearby 600 to 700 people visited Expo but now we are expecting more than 1,000 people per day.”

Jang Media Group has been organising this since last three years and each year the response of public is outstanding. Moeez said the event is very popular because it’s a one-stop shop for people interested in property projects. They get to know, through mutual interaction, what the market rate is, who the competitors are and what facilities are being given to investors. Market strategies are formulated after the expo so that the healthy competition is maintained. The response for our projects here is immense because people want to gather information under one roof.

The Expo was inaugurated by Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid who was invited as the chief guest. He congratulated the whole Jang Group management on holding such Expo successfully since last three years and providing authentic information to public. “Jang Media Group has introduced a new culture and has been very active in providing relevant knowledge to education sector for students and now by conducting this Expo they are providing information and opportunities to housing sector. The financial sector stalls, banks, developers, materials, designers etc all have put up their stalls to facilitate the potential buyer. This information is connected to their everyday life and it’s a great initiative,” he said.

The federal minister said that Pakistan in 2013 was faced with multiple challenges among them three were the biggest challenges which were terrorism, energy crisis and economic crisis. “But now, when I see Pakistan in 2016, all these three issues are tackled aptly by our leadership. We are overcoming these problems and rooting out terrorism through Zarb-e-Azb and all the terrorists working in Pakistan are been killed, arrested or fleeing from Pakistan. Their ammunition dumps are being destroyed and their communication systems are chocked. Our diligent officers have made life secure for us. I assure you that Zarb-e-Azb would continue till the death of the last terrorist. Terrorism is borne with extremism.

Now it is the time to start Fikri Zarb-e-Azb where we have to target the mindset of extremism. Media plays a very important role to eradicate extremism from our country. Now all the literature, drama, poetry should change the mindset of the people who are extremists. Healthy debate on tolerance should encourage the respect for difference of opinion. All the syllabus in madarassas and schools would encourage such mindset where others opinion is also respected,” he said.

Yousuf Rafiq an investor while talking to this scribe said, “You don’t have to drive all over town to look for different societies and sectors. You can come out here and see everything under one roof,” he said.
