SARGODHA: Two women were murdered in separate incidents in the limits of Jhal Chakian and Harnoli police.
Zeenat Bibi (70), a resident of Chak 91 Lokary Sargodha tehsil, quarreled with her relative Mehr Bibi over some family matters. Mehr Bibi along with her relative Majid Hassan allegedly murdered Zeenat Bibi. In another incident, Muhammad Fayaz of Harnoli Town allegedly gunned down his brother’s wife Noreen Bibi. Police have registered separate cases and started investigation.
Man electrocuted: A man was killed after receiving electric shock in Kamar Masani police limits on Saturday. A fire erupted in the house of Gull Jahan (25), a resident of Wandha Lal Khela, due to short circuit. The man was trying to save goods when he received an electric shock and died on the spot.
