Wrapped in plastics
April 16, 2018
The widespread use of plastic is destroying our oceans. Studies have revealed that over a thousand metrics tonnes of plastic enter our oceans every day, harming and killing marine life and its ecosystems. Millions of people use plastic bottles. These disposable bottles are dangerous to our ecosystem.
By encouraging the use of reusable water bottles, we can make a difference and cut back on the use of this toxic material. If the excessive use and disposal of plastic is not addressed soon, marine life will continue to suffer and our world’s oxygen will be depleted. We have to take matters into our own hands and regulate and prevent plastic waste before it becomes a serious issue.
