LAHORE: As Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan’s ongoing sit-in near Data Darbar entered its 6th day, daily life remained paralysed in busy areas of the provincial metropolis creating difficulties for commuters due to suspension of Metro bus service and other transport. The shops, hotels and the transport around Data Darbar area remained closed. Meanwhile, a meeting of the Hotels & Restaurants Association, called by its chairman Wahid Kashmiri, expressed concern over the situation and demanded the government immediately accept the demands of the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan. He warned that if the government did not accept the TLP’s demands then they will stage a protest in front of the Lahore Press Club. On the other hand, TLP’s leaders Khadim Hussain Rizvi and Pir Afzal Qadri told the government that till the removal of Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah and implementation of the Faizabad Agreement, the sit-in will not end.
