PM should take parliament into confidence over ‘Modi meeting’: Khursheed

SUKKUR: The Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah, has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif should take parliament into confidence over the “Modi meeting”.
He was talking to the media on the occasion of the Chehlum of Makhdoom Amin Fahim at Hala. Besides Khursheed Shah, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah and a central PPP leader Qamar Zaman Kaira also attended the Chehlum of Makhdoom Amin Fahim. The leader of the opposition said that the Operation Zarb-e-Azb would never be exploited or politicised. He said the operation had given good results.
He paid rich tributes to the innocent schoolchildren of the Army Public School, Peshawar, and said that there should be a public holiday in Peshawar on the occasion of the anniversary of the children’s martyrdom. Syed Khursheed Shah said that the Makhdoom family had given many sacrifices for the cause of democracy.
